Itai Olej

Itai Olej started his real estate career as an investor when he renovated homes and created revenue from the rentals. He decided to put his vast experience and skills to the test by obtaining his REALTOR® license in late 2011 where he was quickly able to demonstrate superior negotiation skills by becoming a Master Certified Negotiations Expert and an Accredited Buyer Representative, which helped Itai navigate the tough markets of the last few years.

Itai enjoys the challenge of finding the best deals in creative and sophisticated ways; negotiating the best possible outcome for his clients, and creating superior strategies. He loves to help, is very patient, and he prides himself on integrity and honesty – the two qualities he values tremendously.

Some of Itai’s recent accomplishments include being a part of the Platinum Club in 2019 and 2020, earning his Broker license and being acknowledged in the RE/MAX Hall of Fame for over $1,000,000 in gross commission this year.

Itai chose to move to Ottawa in 2006 where he currently resides with his family. He is a devoted husband to his wife and partner Nathali, and a happy father to their two little girls, Alma and Maia.
