James Laniyan

Since obtaining his license as a real estate sale representative and joining the Ottawa Real Estate Board in 2004, James Laniyan has been a full-time, active realtor in the Nation’s Capital and surrounding areas.

With an architectural and communications in computing master’s degree from the UK, James is also a real estate investor and residential income property owner and manager. With his diverse skills and experience of the real estate industry and, his trustworthy, dependable, and reliable service to his clients, James continues to assist sellers, buyers, and renters within the residential real estate market in Ottawa, after gaining insight and valuable experience working within several realty Brokerages over the past 19 years.

 James lives in Ottawa with his wife and family but still has close ties to England, his country of birth and Nigeria, his country of origin.
